For Users Under 13: We do not knowingly collect direct contact information (such as email addresses or phone numbers) from children under the age of 13. Instead, the registration process requires a Parent or Legal Guardian to create and authorize the account. During this process, the Parent or Guardian must provide their own information (including their name, relationship to the child, PIN code, and email address) for OTP verification and account security. The Parent or Guardian retains ultimate control over the account, including the right to manage privacy settings, access data, or request account deletion.
For Users Between 13 and 18: Users between the ages of 13 and 18 may use SocialPitara with the knowledge and consent of their parent or lawful guardian. We process their personal information with appropriate safeguards. We strongly encourage parents and lawful guardians to guide minors in their care regarding the responsible and safe use of social media and online services.
Verifiable Parental Consent & Rights: Where applicable law requires verifiable parental or lawful guardian consent before processing a minor's personal data, SocialPitara fulfills this by routing the account creation through the Parent/Guardian verification flow. Parents or Guardians have the right to request access to, modify, restrict, or permanently delete the child's account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us.
Unauthorized Data Collection: If SocialPitara becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 without the proper Parent/Guardian verification process, or in circumstances where such collection is not permitted under applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to address the situation, which may include promptly deleting the relevant information and the account.
Parents or lawful guardians who believe that a minor has provided personal information to SocialPitara in a manner that violates these requirements, or who have questions or concerns regarding a minor's use of the platform, may contact SocialPitara through the official privacy or support contact information provided on the platform.

A listing, post, banner, offer, product, or service appearing on SocialPitara does not necessarily mean SocialPitara endorses or guarantees it.
3. Business Accuracy
We do not guarantee that every business listing or business-provided detail is accurate, complete, current, or verified.
4. Transactions
Users are responsible for evaluating businesses and deciding whether to purchase products or services.
5. Delivery

7. Promotions
Businesses are responsible for the validity and fulfillment of their offers, discounts, sales, and promotional claims.
8. Homepage Banners
SocialPitara's Homepage Banner feature is designed to help businesses increase their visibility, promote products, services, offers, and strengthen their brand presence by reaching users across the platform.
The actual number of impressions, views, clicks, customer inquiries, engagement, or sales may vary depending on various factors, including user interest, location, competition, banner quality, campaign duration, and overall platform activity. While SocialPitara strives to provide valuable promotional opportunities, homepage banner placement does not guarantee any specific level of reach, engagement, business results, or revenue.
9. Referral Earnings
Referral commissions become payable only when a referred business that is correctly linked to a referring user's valid referral code successfully purchases an eligible paid plan and the payment is successfully completed, subject to these Referral Program Terms. No referral commission is earned for free plans, unsuccessful payments, cancelled, refunded, or otherwise non-qualifying transactions.
10. Creator Earnings
Creator subscriptions and monetization are designed to provide eligible creators with opportunities to earn through their content. Access to these features, eligibility, subscriber support, platform fees, refunds, compliance with applicable policies, and other program requirements may affect participation and earnings. SocialPitara may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue creator monetization features from time to time.
11. Location Accuracy
Distance-based discovery is designed to help users find nearby businesses and services based on available location information. The accuracy and ordering of results may vary depending on factors such as your location settings, device permissions, GPS accuracy, network conditions, business information, and other technical or operational factors.
12. User-Generated Content
User-generated content, including opinions, reviews, ratings, comments, recommendations, claims, and other content published by users, creators, or businesses, represents the views of the respective authors. Unless expressly stated otherwise, SocialPitara does not endorse, guarantee, or independently verify such content, and users should exercise their own judgment and verify important information before relying on it.
13. Third-Party Links
SocialPitara may provide, display, or facilitate access to third-party websites, applications, payment providers, maps, social media platforms, messaging services, business websites, videos, advertisements, or other external resources for user convenience and business promotion.
These third-party services operate independently of SocialPitara. We do not own, control, endorse, or guarantee their availability, content, products, services, security, privacy practices, or terms and conditions. Your interactions with any third-party service are solely between you and the respective third party.
Users should review the applicable terms, privacy policies, and other policies of any third-party service before accessing or using it. SocialPitara is not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, products, services, or practices of any third-party service, except as required by applicable law.
14. User Responsibility
Users should independently verify important information before making payments, purchasing products, booking or hiring services, or making decisions based on information, reviews, ratings, offers, or claims published on the platform.
Referral Program Terms
Last Updated: August 12, 2026
These terms govern participation in the SocialPitara Referral Program.
1.Participation
Users may participate in the SocialPitara Referral Program by sharing their unique referral code with eligible businesses. A referral is successfully recorded only when a business owner enters a valid referral code during the business listing process, subject to these Terms.
2. Referral Code
Business owners must enter a valid referral code when creating a business listing, although this is optional. Once a business is successfully registered, referral codes generally cannot be added, changed, or transferred unless SocialPitara authorizes it.
3.Business Discount
An eligible business that uses a valid referral code may receive the discount or promotional benefit published by SocialPitara at the time of purchasing an eligible paid plan, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
4. Referral Commission
Referral commissions are only applicable to qualifying paid plans or other eligible purchases specified by SocialPitara. Free services, free listings, or failed payments do not result in a referral commission.
5. Qualifying Purchases
Referral commissions apply only to qualifying paid plans or other eligible purchases designated by SocialPitara. Free services, free listings, unsuccessful payments, cancelled orders, refunded transactions, chargebacks, promotional credits, excluded products, or non-qualifying purchases do not generate referral commissions.
6. Fraud and Misuse
Self-referrals, fake businesses, duplicate accounts, fraudulent transactions, fake purchases, attempts to manipulate referral rewards, or any other misuse of the referral program are prohibited. SocialPitara may cancel referrals, refuse commissions, where permitted by law, revoke previously awarded rewards, or suspend participation if fraud or abuse is detected.
7. Payouts
Referral commissions will only be paid if a qualifying transaction has been successfully completed and all applicable verification, refund review, payment validation, and other program requirements have been met.
8. Program Changes
SocialPitara may change, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program, including referral rewards, discounts, qualifying plans, commission rates, payout schedules, eligibility requirements, or other program rules, at any time.
9. No Guaranteed Earnings
Participation in the Referral Program does not guarantee any minimum earnings, number of referrals, business registrations, qualifying purchases, or future earnings.
10. Final Interpretation
SocialPitara may reasonably determine whether any referral, qualifying purchase, commission, or reward meets these Referral Program Terms and will operate in accordance with applicable law and published Program Rules.
